About the Space Welcome to Lagniappe by the Gulf, a thoughtfully designed beach cottage that's ideal for families and groups. As you walk up the stairs, you'll be greeted by Gulf views from the covered front deck—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink after a day at the beach. Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers seating for everyone, making it easy to share meals, play games, or simply spend time together. Deeded beach access is directly across the street, and the community pool is only about a 30-second walk from the front door. Living Room The comfortable living room features a queen sleeper sofa, oversized chairs, and a large Smart TV. Simply log in with your own streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. Dining Area The dining table seats six, with an additional six seats at the adjacent kitchen bar, allowing your entire group to dine together in one shared space. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen features expansive cabinetry, a large pantry, and new stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker. You'll also find the essentials for preparing meals, including a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and griddle. HOUSE RULES We want guests to enjoy the house. We also want to be good neighbors and keep Lagniappe by the Gulf in great condition for future guests. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking: NO SMOKING or VAPING Pets: Pets are not permitted at the property. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please remember that Lagniappe by the Gulf is part of a community with full-time residents, owners, and other vacationing families nearby. Please keep music, outdoor conversations, and other noise at respectful levels, especially in the evening. Security Cameras: Lagniappe by the Gulf is monitored by a security camera in the garage. There are no cameras inside the house.

Coffee Whether you're an early riser or prefer a quick cup before heading to the beach, you'll find both a traditional drip coffee maker (filters provided) and a Keurig single-serve brewer with a starter set of coffee and tea selections. House Policies The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the duration of the stay. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Refunds cannot be provided for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, beach closures, or other travel disruptions.
